CITY (OJSC) - Managing the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC Moscow-City) Project.

MIBC Moscow-City is a unique city-building complex with no parallels in Moscow or in Russia as a whole. The project takes all aspects of the future business, cultural and public center - from underground communications, transportation and energy supply to the creation of exceptional business, hotel and recreational areas - into consideration.

OJSC CITY was founded in 1992, the same year the Government of Moscow and CITY JSC signed the General Agreement for management and development of the MIBC "Moscow-City" project.

OJSC CITY, in its capacity of MIBC Moscow City project manager, has become the main link between the city's community and government, and is responsible for:

• Developing and implementing programs connected with the construction and operation of MIBC Moscow-City;
• Providing services connected with the project to other tenants and builders in the territory;
• Coordinating the actions of the territory's residents and project participants with the municipal and federal agencies, including regulatory, operating and oversight bodies;
• Uniform safety and emergency situations alerting system;
• Management of transport flows and solution of parking problems;
• Centralized logistics;
• Refuse removal and waste treatment and recycling;
• Uniform system of visual communications;
• Development and landscape design;
• Organizing the functioning and commercial use of the public urban zone within the site development boundaries and integrating them with the urban transport system (mini-metro, metro train network, transport terminal).

RuDevelopment, a company established in 2007, carries out residential and commercial real estate projects in the Krasnodar territory and other regions of Russia. Its portfolio currently consists of more than a dozen land plots and real estate developments. Its first, and to a large extent landmark project, was to complete homes for embezzled stakeholders in the StroyInterComplex construction firm. This was a social project, not a profit-driven venture.

But the company's business does not end here. It signed an agreement at the MIPIN exhibition in Cannes in March 2008 to carry out two strategic projects in central Krasnodar: the full reconstruction of the urban quarter and construction of a modern office building.
