Glavmosstroy possesses all the necessary resources for commercial residential construction projects (panel, monolithic, precast skeleton monolithic); and the construction of administrative and office buildings, schools, kindergartens, hospitals and medical centers.

Glavmosstroy is the government's general contractor for the construction of sites under the auspices of the Glavstroy projects and provides services to third-party clients.

The company specializes in the construction of housing, administrative buildings, commercial centers, hospitals, schools, pre-school facilities, theaters, parking lots and other residential and public buildings and facilities.

The company has built three-quarters of the city of Moscow's housing or approximately 150 million m2 in just over half a century since it was established.

The buildings include the Kremlin Palace of Congresses, Circus on Vernadsky Prospect, Natalya Sats Music Theater for Children, Moscow Academy Art Theater, Moscow Mayor's Office on Freedom Square, Moscow District Federal Arbitration Court, an in-patient wing at the Botkin Hospital in Moscow and many others.

On-going projects include the Michurinsky residential complex, involvement in the reconstruction of the Bolshoi Theater and construction of the Moscow State University Medical Center. Glavmosstroy is building the Podolskiye Prostory residential district in the Podolsk, just outside Moscow, and is building several hundred thousand m2 of housing for the Russian Defense Ministry.

In St. Petersburg, Glavmosstroy is building the largest clinic in North West Russia - Clinic No. 2 at the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's All-Russian Center of Emergency and Radiation Medicine.

Moscow's Deindustrialization

The Glavstroy Corporation, owned by OLeg Deripaska, is reviving a project to build its own industrial zones. In late August, the Corporation's management decided to relocate the production areas of its Moscow enterprises outside the Moscow Ring Road, and to build 1.5 million sqm of residential and commercial property on this territory.

New contract for Transstroy

Transstroy has signed a 1.25 billion ruble contract with SIBUR-Portenergo for the construction of the LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) and light-oil product transshipment complex in the Ust-Luga harbor.
